- Add recipient addresses in CCO or BBO: When you add recipients, make sure to copy them in the "blind copy" area so as not to expose people's emails, and not harm their privacy.
- Do not include many recipients in the same shipment: Remember that each service provider has a defined sending limit at a time, check what the limit is, if you exceed it you run the risk of your account being classified as spam or junk mail.
- Massive sending: Check with your service provider for the sending limit, if you want to send more than that monthly limit, in terms of the number of emails sent and the number of recipients, you must contract a premium plan.
- Offer the possibility of "non-subscription": If the recipient has no way of notifying you that they no longer want to receive your emails, you will surely carry out a completely campaign negative.
- Do not abuse the frequency: Try not to be annoying, do not send emails with too short a frequency otherwise you will go from stardom to being hated.
Finally and as a suggestion, I recommend the use of Thunderbird, it is an application developed by Mozilla (creators of firefox) similar to the popular Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or the recent Windows Mails, but much more versatile for this purpose, and without restrictions. It also has a series of advantages:
- It is a FREE application for sending and receiving emails.
- You can insert the html code within the body of the email, this is very important.
- It has a very friendly interface.
- It supports Windows and Mac operating systems, in their 32 and 64-bit versions.
- The hardware requirements are minimal.
