Cortana for iOS and Android was announced in May of this year as part of the cross-platform experience of the Windows virtual assistant.
Cortana among its most important features highlights the good level of integration, since in fact it is capable of replacing Google Now as an assistant on the home button, a detail that may seem minimal but is important in order to achieve a good user experience. Cortana includes most of the features available on Windows 10 computers and mobiles, such as setting and getting reminders, searching the internet on the go, tracking important information, as well as starting and completing tasks.
We should also remember that not long ago, a version of Cortana for Android was leaked. Apart from not being an official version, it was not recommended and its installation caused conflicts. On this occasion the situation has changed and a stable version of it will soon be able to be installed.
We hope that Microsoft will continue to make this type of movements on the technological board, which certainly promises to open the game for the benefit of users by having greater alternatives in functionalities and applications and, incidentally, benefit by achieving presence in different operating systems.
