The explanation

People have what is called "biological clock", which simply consists of a natural time control system that our brain has that makes it perceive the difference between day and night.

Melatonin is the hormone responsible for generating sleep, if you use the mobile phone before leaving. to sleep, it cannot be released since it is stimulated by the light from the device, preventing you from sleeping. When the brain detects that it is time to sleep and rest but continues to receive the light emitted by these mobile devices, the brain becomes disoriented and registers that light as part of the day, delaying the necessary sleep and causing insomnia.

Several studies carried out recently suggest that people who use mobile devices before going to sleep experience difficulties falling asleep, and the sector of the population most affected are adolescents, who have two disadvantages in this regard: they are more sensitive to light than adults and need more hours of sleep to recover.

This lack of sleep ultimately ends up affecting the need to get up early or affects attention due to accumulated fatigue.

While we all keep in mind how fun it can be to use them or how necessary it is to have one, it is also important to keep in mind that it must be used responsibly, limiting the use of telephones to reasonable hours.
