The Skype team announced a new way to start group conversations, without the need for our guests to appear among our contacts, have the app installed, or even account in the service.
It is only necessary to share the link that Skype provides us, as shown in the video that promotes the new feature:
We can share it by email, social networks or any other messaging service. The person who receives the link only has to join the conversation from any of the Skype apps, or simply from its web version.
A simple and practical way to share a conversation with those of our friends who do not decide to use the service. Or for those conversations that we need to carry out for work and study, but we do not want to add those people to our contacts.
This new feature is currently only available for users in the US and the United Kingdom. The rest of the users will have to wait a couple more weeks to try this option, as it is gradually updated globally.
